In an effort to help protect the income of our stylists we ask for as much time as possible when canceling/rescheduling so that we have the ability to fill your spot. Less than 24 hour notification of a change or cancellation, creates a last minute gap that is difficult for us to re-fill, given we are primarily an appointment-based business. For this reason, any cancellations or changes within this 24 hour time period will incur a fee of 50% of the services booked, charged to your credit card on file. No Call/No Show or arriving late so we cannot provide the service during your reserved time will result in a 100% charge as we are no longer able to fill your spot. Any unpaid late cancelation / no show fees will result in us no longer booking future appointments. We require a signature of acknowledgement to secure your appointment. You only need to sign once. Winter Weather Policy
Weather “advisories”, “watches” and “special weather statements” help you prepare for bad weather. Cancellations less than 24 hours ahead of time due to any of these, will still go against our no-show/late/cancellation policy. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you want to cancel or reschedule and avoid any rebooking fee.
Weather “warnings” indicate a higher degree of risk. Last minute cancellations for these types of weather events will not violate our no-show/late/cancellation policy, although we certainly appreciate as much notice as possible! And in all likelihood we will be adjusting our hours for the day or closing for yours and staff’s safety.

If a weather warning requires us to leave the salon closed, we will broadcast notifications by email and text, as well as post announcements on our Facebook and Google Business pages, at least 2 hours prior to opening time.
Similarly, if a weather warning requires us to close earlier, we will notify you as above. In addition, we will call you, at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.
Our staff travel from different parts of the metro and surrounding areas and may be affected differently based on their location. If they are in a warning area or do not feel safe making the drive we will attempt to give at least 2 hours notice and do our best to make other accommodations for you. We appreciate your understanding.
