Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Cancellations or appointment changes made at least 24 hours in advance allow us the opportunity to accommodate other guests in the cancelled appointment space.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service value booked, using the card we have on file, or your service deposit.
  • Policy also applies to no-shows, or tardiness that results in an inability to complete your service in the scheduled time.
  • Due to our policy, we require a credit card on file to book an appointment.
  • Frequent violations of our policy may limit your ability to book with us

General Policies

  • For safety and guest comfort, no children are permitted unless they are receiving a service, with the exception of nursing babies.
  • All minors (17 and younger) must have a parent or legal guardian present for consultation.
  • All guests aged 14 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire service.
  • Feel free to use our WiFi, but please keep cell phones and tablets silent while you use them. Keep cell phone conversations private and to a minimum.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, 48 hours notice is appreciated.
  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • We will accept product returns within 30 days from date of purchase for any retail items that were purchased at Salon Oriana. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and presented with the original receipt. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for opened and used products or any products returned outside 30 days of purchase. Appliances, such as flat irons, are under manufacturer warranty. Salon Oriana does not accept returns of these items.
  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, you must notify Salon Oriana within seven days of receiving the service. A complimentary adjustment will be scheduled within two weeks of the original service, but we will not refund the original service fee. If additional work is performed beyond the adjustment, a service charge may apply. Any additional costs will be discussed prior to performing the service.

Weather “advisories”, “watches” and “special weather statements” help you prepare for bad weather. Cancellations less than 24 hours ahead of time due to any of these, will still go against our no-show/late/cancellation policy. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you want to cancel or reschedule and avoid any rebooking fee.

Weather “warnings” indicate a higher degree of risk. Last minute cancellations for these types of weather events will not violate our no-show/late/cancellation policy, although we certainly appreciate as much notice as possible! And in all likelihood we will be adjusting our hours for the day or closing for yours and staff’s safety.

If a weather warning requires us to leave the salon closed, we will broadcast notifications by email and text, as well as post announcements on our Facebook and Google Business pages, at least 2 hours prior to opening time.

Similarly, if a weather warning requires us to close earlier, we will notify you as above. In addition, we will call you, at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.

Our staff travel from different parts of the metro and surrounding areas and may be affected differently based on their location. If they are in a warning area or do not feel safe making the drive we will attempt to give at least 2 hours notice and do our best to make other accommodations for you. We appreciate your understanding.
