Passionate, driven and creative, Jessica is a successful, technically diverse stylist, and the owner of Salon Oriana. Her 20 years in the industry, and a dedication to always learn new things, gives her the ability to do just about anything it takes to get you a great new look! Bellami Pro hair extensions, creative color and balayage, fashion forward cuts, enhancing natural textures or retexturizing services, brows, makeup and mentoring our new apprentices are what you can expect to see while she’s behind the chair.
Tom has been working with Aveda, shaping eyebrows since 1999. Sometimes called “the brow whisperer” by colleagues, he can tame the most stubborn unruly brows using Aveda Relaxing Waxing Techniques to improve your comfort level and reduce irritation. A finish with refrigerated massage stones is a customer favorite! He also provides brow tinting, lash lifting/tinting and brow lamination services.
Tom is also also responsible for much of the salon operations, including payroll, inventory and implementation of all salon technologies.
Outside of the salon, one of Tom’s passions is photography. You might notice photographs on our social pages that he has taken for us!
Bryn began a career in nail artistry from an early age, finding inspiration in time spent watching her aunt’s multi-decade career as a Master Nail Technician. What followed was five years of self-taught education and practice. After finding her work, Master Stylist Jessica helped Bryn achieve her formal education from Lavish Beauty School in the Spring of 2022.
Highly motivated by improving on her past work and matching the talents of her peers, Bryn strives to constantly improve her craft and attention to detail. Though Bryn is most known for her nail extension work, she loves performing simpler but equally important pedicures and cuticle care services.
Bryn is also one of only a few nail artists in Minnesota currently working entirely with Poly-Gel, a lightweight and durable alternative to acrylic nails that is both healthier for the nail and more responsible for the environment. The A’Galore & Co brand has been a major love for Bryn, introducing her to new techniques and services, including structure gel!

She originally went to college to study social work, but realized it wasn’t quite her thing. The beauty industry, and the Aveda Institute allowed her to fill her need to help people in a way that suited her personality and skill set. She describes helping people feel confident and beautiful by bringing their personalities out through their hair as her favorite thing about the job.
“Hair is a creative outlet for me. I was always drawn to art and creativity growing up. I wasn’t the typical girl that did everyone’s makeup for prom, but with 3 older sisters beauty stuff was always a thing in our house and we taught each other.”
After her education at the Aveda Institute, she completed advanced training with Salon Owner and Master Stylist Jessica Splinter.
In her spare time, Greta enjoys listening to music, spending time in nature, road trips, reading, and going out to eat.
Her interest in cosmetology was seeded at a young age, losing herself in Youtube hair transformations that she’d try to recreate, at age 8! She describes it as her “safe place”, where she’d feel the most confident. These transformations helped her gain confidence that she ultimately wants to share with others.
Kimberly is currently apprenticing with salon owner Jessica Splinter, having recently completed her education at the Aveda Institute MPLS.
