Policies

  • For safety and guest comfort, no children are permitted unless they are receiving a service, with the exception of nursing babies.
  • All minors (17 and younger) must have a parent or legal guardian present for consultation.
  • All guests aged 14 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire service.
  • Feel free to use our WiFi, but please keep cell phones and tablets silent while you use them. Keep cell phone conversations private and to a minimum.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, 48 hours notice is appreciated.
  • Any changes to your appointment (time, day or stylist) must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any changes after this time, or not showing up for your appointment, will result in an amount-owed equal to 50% of the value of the service(s) that were booked. No further appointments will be booked or honored until this amount is paid in full.
  • Arriving late, such that it will affect our ability to begin guests following you and not able to perform your scheduled service, will be considered a no-show.
  • No-shows are noted, will result in a fee up to 50% of the cost of your service, and may result in refusal of future appointments.
  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • We will accept product returns within 30 days from date of purchase for any retail items that were purchased at Salon Oriana. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and presented with the original receipt. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for opened and used products or any products returned outside 30 days of purchase. Appliances, such as flat irons, are under manufacturer warranty. Salon Oriana does not accept returns of these items.
  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, you must notify Salon Oriana within seven days of receiving the service. A complimentary adjustment will be scheduled within two weeks of the original service, but we will not refund the original service fee. If additional work is performed beyond the adjustment, a service charge may apply. Any additional costs will be discussed prior to performing the service.
